The food at Sonata is really good. Luscious and perfectly prepared – it’s obvious that the chef takes great care in his work and that was confirmed when he stopped by our table to thank my friend and me for visiting.

The menu has changed since I was there last, but I’m sure the new offerings are just as good. Here’s what I had:

Seared tuna with fava beans and the most delicious earthy mushroom sauce. This is probably the best tuna preparation I’ve ever had.
