Was really tempted to rhyme the title, but I successfully resisted.
These, plus skinnies or tights, equals fabulous. Don’t forget your cigarette holder. Soon I’m going to like something without black or white in it.

Cute, unique piece to add to your wardrobe. Aside from wearing it over a tank, it would also go well with a boyfriend jacket or cardigan. $19.95, marked down from $58.

The simplicity of this dress is perfect. I’d keep it really simple with a pair of stud earrings and white rimmed sunglasses. Bright colored, patterned, or textured ballet flats or sandals would make it interesting, but I’d be careful to keep the line simple. $118.
How many times can I say simple in one post?

I want these jeans!
I still like boot cut jeans. They serve their purpose in my life, but I’ve been wearing them since the 90′s. I like skinny jeans. They’re cute and “modern” even though they’re pretty much the same exact thing as stretch jeans from the 80′s (ok, they may be updated a little).
My favorite cut right now is straight legs. A nice slim profile, without being skin tight from the hip to the ankle, gripping every inch of my leg like skinnies. Straight leg jeans can be worn with booties, knee high boots, heels, flats, and they’re cuffable, so they’re pretty versatile.
These Gap Real Straight Jeans look pretty perfect. Love the cut, the waist, the wash. They’re $69.50, which isn’t bad, but I do love sales. So adding Gap to Shop It To Me right now.

I haven’t been too big on the jumpsuit trend, but I like this one. Nice and simple, with capri length pants, which I think are more flattering than the daisy duke versions I’ve seen.
Do yourself a favor and wear the proper undergarment with this one ladies – the material is soft and thin and will show every lump, bump, panty line and bra-strap bulge possible, but only if you let it! It’s all about a smooth silhouette.
Of course it’s on sale, like most of what I take the time to mention – $72.60 marked down from $242.
So much of what I’m liking lately is white, black, or sort of neutral. I’ve been on a bright color and pattern kick forever so the basics are really catching my eye. Sometimes just the cut, the details or the fabric are enough to make a piece pop.

Here are a few of the best deals – the sale ends today! You’ll see the final price when you’re checking out.
Wool V-Neck Sweater – was $70, now $23.99. Lovely layering piece, or throw on a scarf and a skinny belt and you’re good!
Another great basic. Soft and shapely micromodal tee in three colors – was $38, now $14.99. Wear it with a ruffly skirt.
Pewter sheath dress – if you’re like me, you never know when you’ll be invited to the next fancy Hollywood party (…ok that may or may not be true). Be prepared – this dress was $158, now $59.99. They’ll never know, and you didn’t even have to go to TJ Maxx!
